In order to make a good decision, it is important to check your personal ecology – does the choice you are considering match your values? Is it financially, emotionally or practically sustainable? How are other people affected by your choice, and where does your responsibility for their reaction start or end? Coaching helps you to address all of these issues confidentially with someone who is completely objective.
