Life changes afoot?
Maybe you’re not really sure what you would like to work on but you feel that you would like to shake yourself up a little, look at what is working for you and what is not, and identify ways to improve all areas of your life.
Everyone who arranges a consultation session with me is sent an intake questionnaire. This serves to give a snapshot of your life as it is right now, which many people have said is useful in itself, but it also acts as a tool to help us zone in on the areas you would like to get stuck into first.
Some people find that they want to make changes in most, if not all, areas of their life. We can discuss this together in the consultation session and work out a realistic and sustainable plan for longer-term coaching. Several months of supported change can have incredible results, and improvements in one area of your life can have knock-on effects in other areas creating a domino effect of positivity, so it might not take as long as you think!
