As with the previous question, this depends on what you want to achieve through coaching. Some goals can be met after six sessions, while others take a lot longer. For example, relocation tends to be a longer-term project which requires less frequent support over a longer period, whereas a goal such as decluttering generally needs more intensive coaching over a fairly short time span. I usually ask clients to commit to an initial three months, which can then be extended for as long as you like. Whatever your situation, together we can design a coaching programme to suit you.
