How long will I need to be coached for?

As with the previous question, this depends on what you want to achieve through coaching. Some goals can be met after six sessions, while others take a lot longer. For example, relocation tends to be a longer-term project which requires less frequent support over a longer period, whereas a goal such as decluttering generally needs more intensive coaching over a fairly short time span. I usually ask clients to commit to an initial three months, which can then be extended for as long as you like.
