“A ship in harbour is safe, but that’s not what ships are built for.” (Grace Hoppen)
Today’s post comes in the form of a vlog. I’m talking about comfort zones, and vlogging has been something I’ve been rather fearful of doing for a while (What will I say?! How will I sound?! Will I look awful?! What about all the technical stuff?! Maybe next week…?) But now I’ve found something to help. And I hope it will help you break out of your comfort zones too. Watch it and all will be revealed!
So this week’s questions are:
Where can you feel the edges of your comfort zone? What are they stopping you from daring to do?
Can you take a big leap or would it be better for you to take baby steps? What would that involve?
How will you feel when you’ve done the thing you’ve been too scared to do until now?
The bonus question is can you help other people with their comfort zones, like Amy Schmittauer of savvysexysocial.com has done with hundreds of scared would-be vloggers?
And can I help you with breaking out of your comfort zones? Get in touch and let’s chat.
PS if you want to see my #SSSVEDA vlogs, they’re here.
PPS yes, my hair reminded me of that scene in There’s Something About Mary too. Didn’t notice until it was too late. Positive, not perfect… 😉
